All our greeting videos are custom-made by real performers with real Filipino warmth. Because these are personalized digital products, we do not offer refunds once a video is completed β but we promise to get it right!
Free Retake:
β’ If we make a clear error (like the wrong name, photo, or message), weβll redo your greeting free of charge.
β’ Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Discounted Redo:
β’ If youβd like to change something that was delivered correctly (like switching the team, music, or rewriting the message), we offer a redo at 50% off the original price.
β’ Valid within 7 days and usable once per order.
Important:
β’ No refunds for completed videos.
β’ Each greeting involves real people, time, and care.

π΅ Social Media Posting Add-On
β’ Social media posting fees are non-refundable.
β’ However, if we determine your video cannot be posted due to copyright restrictions, weβll either:
β’ Issue a refund for the social media posting fee, or
β’ Apply the amount as credit toward a future order β your choice.
β’ Refunds are not available if a requested song cannot be publicly posted due to copyright restrictions. In those cases, we will deliver your video privately instead.

We stand by the quality of our shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other physical items. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help.

Eligible Returns:
β’ Damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request:

β’ A clear photo of the issue
β’ A short explanation
β’ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions:
β’ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
β’ We do not accept returns for:
β’ Wrong sizes
β’ Buyerβs remorse
β’ Normal wear and tear
β’ Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
Return Shipping:
β’ We will cover return shipping costs for approved defective items.
β’ For other return requests, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Whatβs Covered:
β’ Manufacturing defects (misaligned print, peeling, or stitching issues)
β’ QR code fading, cracking, or peeling β even from normal use β that prevents scanning
β’ Premature wear that makes the product unusable as intended
Whatβs Not Covered:
β’ Lost or stolen items
β’ Intentional damage (cuts, burns, bleach, etc.)
β’ Misuse outside normal care instructions (e.g., ironing directly on print, harsh chemicals, machine drying at extreme heat)
How It Works:
β’ If your QR hoodie or sticker becomes defective under this guarantee, weβll replace it free of charge.
β’ Simply email us at contactus@365filipinowishes.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue.
β’ Weβll cover shipping for approved claims.
