Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our standard delivery time is 2–3 days after your order is placed. Each greeting is handcrafted by our team, so during busy seasons (like Christmas or Valentine’s), it may take a little longer.

Q: What if I choose Digital Express Delivery?
A: Express Delivery puts your order at the top of our queue. You’ll receive your video in 2 days or less, excluding the day you placed it. Perfect for last-minute greetings!

Q: Can I order both physical (USA) and digital products at the same time?
A: Yes! You can order both in one checkout. You’ll receive two separate confirmation emails — one for your digital product and one for your physical gift (with tracking info).

Q: How will I receive my video?
A: Your completed greeting will be emailed to you. You’ll get a secure download link.

Q: I can’t find the link to download my video. What should I do?
A: Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders. If it’s still missing, just contact us and we’ll resend it.

Q: What if I lose the video later?
A: We do not guarantee long-term storage. Once your video is delivered, please download and save it immediately. You are responsible for keeping your copy safe.

Q: Can I request a special message in the greeting?
A: Yes! During checkout, you’ll be able to write a custom message and select your occasion. Our team will bring your message to life with joy and heart.

Q: Can I choose which team or singer performs my greeting?
A: We don’t allow specific performer or team selection, and here’s why: it keeps things fair for all our performers and ensures that your greeting is delivered on time without delays.
✅ For Harana and Solo Caroling, you can still choose a gender preference.
🎶 If you request a custom song, we’ll match it with the singer who can perform it best — even if that means adjusting gender preference for quality.
🎨 You can also select from our themed greetings (e.g. festive, romantic, or fun), and we’ll assign the team that fits your vision perfectly.
This system ensures every customer gets the strongest performance while supporting our hardworking Filipino performers fairly. ❤️
🔒 Privacy & Sharing
Q: Can I keep my video private and not have it posted online?
A: Absolutely! We never post videos without your explicit consent. If you don’t purchase the social media add-on, your greeting stays private — delivered only to your email.

Q: Do you accept tips for your performers?
A: Yes! 🌟 100% of tips go directly to our performers — the CEO never takes a cut.
You can support them in three easy ways:
1. Tip Jar Page (Menu Tab): Choose preset tip amounts and pay via GCash (for PH)
2. Tip Product: Add a tip “product” to your cart (just like any other item) if you want to include a little extra support alongside your order.
3. Checkout Tips: Use the tip option directly at checkout — quick and easy!

A: Yes — and proudly so. Our performers earn about one and a half times more than the average Filipino worker, ensuring their talent and effort are truly valued. On top of this, they receive monthly bonuses for creativity, scenic backdrops, and exceptional quality.
