📋 Basic Requirements:

📌 Contract & Continuation
All accepted team (group, individual singers) members will start with an initial 3-month contract, giving everyone time to adapt, shine, and grow within their role. After this period, there will be a friendly performance review and team assessment to decide if your contract will be extended, adjusted, or concluded.
Please note that some roles are seasonal by nature — but we encourage proactive teams to submit fresh proposals, adapt to other available roles, and continue creating with us in new ways.
