At 365 Filipino Wishes, our VAs are not just task-doers. They’re part of our creative team — connecting orders, performers, and ads into one smooth flow.

This is a role for someone who can wear multiple hats, take ownership of details, and grow into new responsibilities over time.

✅ Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Quality Control

• Mark orders as fulfilled in Shopify

• Double-check names, greetings, and video accuracy

• Attach the correct video files for delivery

• Track daily order checklist

 

Performer Coordination

• Communicate with our performer teams (Omni Greeters, Singers, Dancers)

• Relay instructions, batch shoots, and deadlines

• Coordinate reshoots if needed

• Escalate repeat issues to management

Advertising Support (Training Provided)

• Monitor Facebook/Instagram ads dashboard

• Track engagement (CTR, CPC, conversions)

• Share weekly reports with management

• Suggest improvements based on results (optional, if confident)

Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare weekly/monthly summaries (orders + ads)

• Highlight trends, repeat issues, and opportunities

• Keep internal files organized and up-to-date

Social Media Support

• Upload final videos to Facebook, TikTok, IG

• Ensure captions and posts follow our brand voice

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Shopify (order fulfillment, apps like Hulk, forms)

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager (or willingness to learn)

• Strong English communication (for performer coordination + reporting)

• Detail-oriented — catches errors before customers do

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow long-term

• ✅ Must have a verified GCash account for payroll

• ✅ Must have a verified LinkedIn profile

💸 Pay

• ₱30,000/month (paid biweekly, ₱15,000 every two weeks)

• Bonuses for strong ad performance & reliability

• Part-time to start; may scale to full-time as business grows

📌 Extra Note

This is an as-needed role within a digital production business where everything we do needs to be filmed 🎥. Most of your work will be handled right on your phone ( Please make sure your phone is capable of running heavy load apps, phone model will be asked before consideration)  — coordinating with performers via Messenger, resetting Shopify digital product inventories each day, and keeping daily cut-offs accurate. Computer work mainly comes in when fulfilling orders on Shopify, creating ads in Ads Manager or making ad creatives in Canva (note: no reimbursement for Canva subscriptions).

Because the role leans heavily on coordination and communication, it’s the kind of job you could do alongside another role — as long as you stay responsive, accurate, and reliable.

📌 Time Commitment

This role averages around 25–30 hours per week. Some weeks may be lighter, others busier (especially peak seasons like Christmas 🎄 or cultural greetings in June–August). Flexibility is key — what matters most is meeting daily cut-offs, resetting inventory on time, ensuring performer accountability, and keeping every order accurate and polished.
