🎄 Special Role — Group Caroling Team

Bring the true Filipino Christmas spirit worldwide! 🌟

Team Structure:

• 3–4 singers

• 2–3 support staff (camera, props, lights)

Team Leader’s Job:

• Secure a venue (home studio, rental, etc.)

• Get venue fees approved for reimbursement

• Assign an editor to prepare a 15–20 photo slideshow (PowerPoint or Google Slides).

👉 For auditions, applicants may submit their own family photos for the slideshow.

• Coordinate costumes, props, parols, Christmas lights, and projector.

• Plan song rehearsals, batch filming, and on-time delivery.

• Motivate and guide your team!

Skills Needed:

✅ Basic filming/stage know-how

✅ Good with props & décor

✅ Strong communication & teamwork

✅ Flexible enough to batch orders in 1–2 days

Pay & Quota:

• Team Leader: ₱6,000/week for 10 Group Caroling orders

• Team Members: ₱5,000/week for same quota

• Bonuses for standout sets, creativity, and beautiful presentation

Notes:

• After Christmas, team size may return to regular greetings. Singers may switch to Harana; support staff may assist elsewhere.

• Best if teammates live close for easy rehearsals — friends, classmates, or neighbors are ideal!
